Chrome 1.0.1 (Ashcan)

333 pages of charts and writing, foundationally written over 3 NaNoWriMo periods and using the home built 3d10 System to provide the backbone mechanics for covering a Cyberpunk genre inspired alternate dystopian universe of "What if Ronald Regan had died when he was shot?" Taking cues from sources prior to 1982 this is the 3d10 System showing off the low magic, high tech, future promised to us and (in some ways fortunately) never delivered.   Imperfect, possibly insensitive, under play tested, it needs art, playtesting (especially at 200K+ experience) sensitivity editing, final edits, and layout, but it is playable out to several years.   Donations will be used to buy art, professional layout, and the much-needed editing while avoiding AI contributions.  The Document does need to be updated to reflect the opinion from all contributors' position of the entire document being CC-By-SA. Thanks in advance!
